Hi friend! Yay for Friday! We have a full weekend with friends, a birthday party and Jordan’s basketball game. As much as I like seeing everyone, I also know it’s important to unplug, rest and recharge, so hopefully there will be time for that too!
And y’all! It has been so freaking cold here lately! Well, cold for Houston and Dallas even got snow! Several of my friends up north have been iced in. I’m praying you stay safe, sound and warm!

For Size Reference: I’m a shorty (5’1) and petite, weighing about 110. I typically wear size 0p/25 jeans, XS or XSP in tops and dresses. Lots of times the smallest size on Amazon is a Small, so in that case, that’s what I ordered.

How fun is this top with the sheer sleeves and polka dot detail?! I love it for a girls night out or a date night. It has a square neck and ribbed knit and also comes in more colors. The banded wrist is a sweet detail too.
It looks great with these high waist skinny jeans in the prettiest shade of light blue. They really give you legs for days and fit TTS.

I loved the versatility and flattering fit of this blouse. It cinches at the waist to give you a peplum style. It also feels nice and silky on. I paired it with my go-to skinny jeans that I’vew had forever, but it also looks great with a pair of pants for work.

If you work in an office and need to look polished but want to be extra comfortable, get these pants! I’ve had them for years and return to them time and time again. They have a nice, thick weight to them so they feel substantial on, but they aren’t heavy. They simply pull on over your hips with a wide flat front waistband and pockets.

I’m crazy for this blouse and how easy it is to dress up for work, or wear casually on the weekend. It also feels great on and you can cuff the sleeves for a more casual look.

Isn’t this camisole perfect for Valentine’s Day with the vibrant red and pink stripe accent?! You can adjust the shoulder straps and give it a front tuck if you want a longer leg line. It would also look great under a blazer.

This blouse is so feminine and pretty, fully lined in the body with a gorgeous floral pattern. I like the blousy, sheer sleeves that lend to that romantic look.

I liked the style and crochet detail in the tunic blouse, but wasn’t crazy about the polyester feel. It also runs large, I’d prefer an XS or to wear a cami underneath since it dips pretty low in the front.

This sweater is different with the criss cross pattern in the front – and it also crosses in the back with a little t-bar to keep it from falling down.

I like how you can wear this sweater on or off the shoulder for a little sass. You can wear it bloused under like I am here, or bloused over since it has a banded waist. Also available in more colors.

I stocked up on this long sleeve tee and a 3/4 length tunic tee you’ll see a bit further down. They are great basics and layering pieces, very well made with comfortable knit and lots of stretch. They’re also nice and long if you’re taller and have issues with shirts being too short.

This waffle knit sweater looks all business in the front with the higher neckline, but it’s a party in the back with a criss cross style that shows a little skin!
I paired it with my go-to white jeans that I’ve had forever and are still going strong. I like these because they’re totally opaque, the perfect amount of stretch, not a jegging, with a raw edge hem and ripped knee for a very casual look.

Aren’t these textured mules cute for Spring and Summer?! They’ll go with everything from skirts and dresses to jeans. They aren’t quite as comfortable as another pair that I own, but they are pretty close!
The pretty pink drew me to this lightweight pullover that will also be great in the summer with jean shorts. It’s a hoodie with silver snap front, drawstring ties and kangaroo pockets.

You might have seen these slides in a recent Tuesday Goodies. I’m crazy for the comfort level that’s off the charts, but the little buckles are so cute too!
I was really impressed with how good this sweater fit and felt on. It’s really soft with a flattering fit. I want it in more colors.

Here’s the 3/4 tunic top I was telling you about earlier. I love the scoop neck, shorter sleeve length and how long it is- perfect for leggings, alone or as a layering piece.

This short sleeve sweater top is adorable with the diamond pattern sleeve detail. It’s on the conservative side with a higher neckline, which makes it work friendly.
I paired it with my paper bag waist pants, a MUST HAVE if you work in an office and want to be extra comfortable all day. These feel nearly as good as pajamas and comes in a ton of colors. I think the rose pink is perfect as we head into Spring.

ACTIVEWEAR
You might have heard me raving recently about these Hey Nuts leggings. I’m seriously crazy for them and have been reaching for them nearly everyday for my workouts. They feel absolutely amazing on, with a comfortable high waist and no seaming on the side. I love that because they’re extra figure flattering, but also squat proof. I love them as much as my Lulu’s but they’re much less expensive!

This lightweight colorblock hoodie is too cute with the contrasting pastel colors. It’ll look great with white jeans and jean shorts too.
This pair of leggings is by CRZ and they are equally as amazing as the Hey Nuts, but this pair is lighter and a thinner material. They really feel like second skin and are marketed as yoga pants and I can see how they really move with your body. I like them for super hot workouts because they are so lightweight and breathable.
They are also high waisted without any seaming on the side.

Aren’t these sneakers cute?! I had to return them for a half size smaller and these fit perfect. They have a cushiony terry cloth inside and the outside is just so chic and fun with the black and sparkles.
DRESSES
I was so happily surprised with how much I liked this sweater dress on! It’s really comfortable and flattering with a figure skimming bodice and through the hips with balloon style sleeves. The square neckline is enhanced with how the shoulders go in toward you neck. It’s also quite warm if your temperatures are still chilly – just add tights and/or boots.

The vibrant colors in this dress make it vacay ready! It feels like your favorite tank, but in a dress. The main part is fuscia pink, and then the orange part wraps and ties at the waist. Very fun!

I knew I’d like this dress because I already have it in a navy pattern. It’s a great basic sundress for weekend, vacay, a party or just chilling with your girlfriends at lunch. It’s easy to wear and non-bodycon, with pockets.

The neoprene crossbody bag with pink/black accents adds a sporty touch!
PAJAMAS AND LOUNGEWEAR
If you’re looking for a pair of shorts pajamas you’ll feel comfortable in and your man will like too, get this pair. It’s a very soft knit with gorgeous lace detail and perfect if you get hot while you sleep.
Pajama Fit: I’m wearing a Small, size up
When you want to be more covered, you can throw on this waffle knit robe. It’s one that looks and feels like the kind you put on at a spa or hotel, but it’s very inexpensive. I like the piping detail, inner tie and pockets.
Robe Fit : I’m wearing XS
I was definitely crazy for this soft sweater lounge set. It feels so good on, and even though it’s too long on me, I’m throwing it in the washer/dryer in hopes it shrinks up a bit. I love how flowy and comfortable it is, plus, you could easily wear the top as a sweater with jeans.
Loungewear Fit: I’m wearing a Small
Give it a push of the sleeves and a front tuck and you look all styled up!
SWIMWEAR
Let’s get ahead of the warm weather so that when it gets here, you’ll be ready with the swimsuits and cover ups! This one piece is still quite sexy with the plunging neckline. The bust offers good support with removeable padded cups and adjustable shoulder straps. The side rushing is incredibly flattering.
It’s also cute in the back with double criss cross straps and full bottom coverage.
Swimsuit Fit: I’m wearing a Small
This coverup will be perfect when you want to throw something on over your swimsuit, coming or going to the pool from your hotel room. You can also wear it to the poolside lunch since it comes with a coordinating belt that you can tie so the cover up is more like a maxi dress.
Cover Up Fit: One Size
I loved how this one piece looked and felt on. The stripes are flattering and you can remove the shoulder straps if you want to wear it bandeau style. The back is EXTRA cute with lattice shoe string ties and moderate coverage in the rear.
Swimsuit Fit: I’m wearing a 4
As for a two piece, I liked this bandeau style in the pretty pale blue and embroidered stitch detail at the waist and top. It’s not super supportive up top, but does come with removeable pads.
Bikini Fit: I’m wearing a Small
These palazzo style pants are a good idea, nice and lightweight and flowy with pockets, just too long on me.

Isn’t this swimsuit fun?! I adore the contrast of the black suit paired with the pastel criss cross detail. Bonus: the back has the same criss cross detail.

If you like a high waist bikini, you might like this one. The bottoms are cut high on the side to give you a longer leg line. The athletic style top has adjustable shoulder straps and removable padded cups.
Bikini Fit: I’m wearing a Small
This coverup is super cute and easy to wear. It’ll fit nicely in your beach bag since it’s a thin knit. It cinches at the waist and then ties. The back is adorable with a V and t-bar, giving you a peek-a-boo look.
I was smitten with the mesh style and pretty blue color of this cover up. It’s a dress you slip into or over your head with side rusching. I love the deep, open back, but felt like it was too big on me.
CoverUp Fit: One Size, Color D-Lake Blue
This crochet style cover up dress is sassy and really cute! I like how it fit and how it covers, with the higher neckline balancing the shorter length. It has a sassy low U back with a t-bar across the upper back to keep it staying put on your shoulders.
