The detail in this game is impressive. A lot of reading to set up and understand the gameplay. The first game took us maybe two hours to complete (kept going back to the reference book) but the second game was just a little over an hr. Extremely fun strategy game. Work together n think ahead. I never played D&D, but I would like to think, this is like a lite version of it, so much fun. Every game will be different with all the different abilities, scenarios, and enemies available. Good family fun if you get into character, because FAMILY.
